These Terms & Conditions apply to the lawn, tree, and pest control services, website, online proposals, customer pages, and text messaging program offered by J. Rick Lawn and Tree Inc. ("J. Rick Lawn & Tree," "we," "us"), 3626 N Stone Ave Ste 1, Colorado Springs, CO. By using our services or website, or by opting in to our text messages, you agree to these terms.
Services
We provide the services described in your accepted proposal, renewal, or service agreement. Programs run by season and may be scheduled in rounds. Service dates are estimates and can change because of weather, label restrictions, or scheduling needs. We will notify you of changes when we can.
Pricing, billing, and payment
- Prices are based on your property's measurements and the services you choose, as shown on your proposal or renewal.
- Invoices are due by the terms shown on the invoice. You can pay online through the secure link we send, or by any method listed on your invoice.
- If you enroll in autopay, you authorize us to charge your saved card or bank account for services as they are invoiced. You can turn autopay off at any time by contacting us.
- We do not store full card or bank account numbers. Payments are processed by our payment processor.
Renewals and cancellations
Programs set to renew continue into the next season at that season's prices unless you cancel. You can cancel any service before it is performed by contacting us or by using the cancel option on your renewal. We do not require long-term contracts.
Property access and safety
Please give us access to the areas being serviced, unlock gates, and keep pets indoors on service days. Follow any instructions we provide after an application, such as watering or keeping off treated areas until dry.
Satisfaction and service guarantee
If you are not satisfied with a service, contact us and we will review it and, where our guarantee applies, return to address the issue.
SMS Terms (Text Messaging)
J. Rick Lawn and Tree Inc. (J. Rick Lawn & Tree) offers a text messaging program for its customers and people who request an estimate.
What you will receive
Service appointment reminders, technician on-the-way alerts, service completion notices and visit reports, estimate and proposal links, invoice and payment notices, replies from our office, and occasional seasonal service offers.
How you opt in
You opt in by checking the text-consent box on our website forms or online proposal, or by giving our office verbal consent by phone. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your services and account activity.
Costs
Message and data rates may apply.
How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one confirmation message, and no further texts will be sent unless you opt in again. To resubscribe, reply START.

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
